I have developed strong practical skills through clinical internships at Nair’s Hospital, Kochi, where I was actively involved in psychological assessments, mental status examinations, and case history taking. These experiences also included presenting case reports, facilitating in-patient activities, and organizing mental health seminars. As part of my academic training, I conducted career counseling sessions for high school students, providing them with tailored guidance and support. My research work reflects my interest in relationship dynamics and behavioral patterns, with a Master’s thesis on ROCD, attachment styles, and sexual attitudes, and a Bachelor’s thesis on nomophobia and loneliness among young adults. I am committed to continuous professional development and regularly participate in workshops, seminars, and training programs to expand my knowledge and enhance my therapeutic approach.
