Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. It includes 5 basic steps:
1. Identify the issue
2. Test the initial intensity
3. The setup
4. EFT tapping sequence
5. Test the final intensity.
